Refund and Returns Policy

At Architecture Education Studio (ArchEd Studio), we are committed to providing high-quality educational materials and resources. Please carefully review our refund policy below:

1. Digital Products and Course Enrollment

All sales of digital products, including study materials, 3D printing files, laser cutting files, and Revit Family files, are final and non-refundable. Once a digital product is purchased and delivered, it cannot be returned or refunded.

2. Course Enrollment and Subscriptions

Refunds for course enrollments or subscription services are available only under specific conditions outlined below:

Single Purchase Courses:

  • Refund are available only if you have not started the course.
    Only you have accessed or started any course content, refunds will no longer be available.
  • If you have not started the course and wish to request a refund, you must do so within 7 days of the purchase date by contacting our support team at support@archedstudio.org.

 

Subscription Services:

  • Subscription services allow access to unlimited courses during your subscription period. No refunds are available for subscription fees once the payment has been processed.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time, and the cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds will be provided for partial months of service.

3. Important Note on Refunds

Refunds will not be issued for any course in which you have started or accessed content, even partially. By accessing any portion of the course material, you agree to forfeit your right to a refund for that course.

4. Errors in Billing

In the case of a billing error or incorrect charge, please contact our support team at support@archedstudio.org within 7 days of the billing issue. We will review and correct any errors as necessary.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

In exceptional cases where access issues or other technical difficulties prevent you from starting a course, please contact our support team at support@archedstudio.org, and we will review your case for a possible refund or credit.
